Industry City

400 companies in six million square feet...

...the area is the symbol of the rebirth of Brooklyn.

In a few words, this place has the size of a whole neighbourhood and it attracts entrepreneurial projects like a magnet. The huge Food Hall (dozens of food stores in the same corridor) serves the entire place, acting as a breeding ground for communication and community events.

New York

The City really impressed me by its dynamism.

With a dozens of business meetups every day, the NYC is by far the most vibrant community I've seen in my journey in USA. Real estate agents, business lawyers and IT business developers are perhaps the most represented people in the networking events you will find in every borough of NYC.

Overall, the place is very friendly to entrepreneurs, it is full of co-working spaces - from the basic desk rental model to the most community-oriented ones - and pitch sessions take place almost everyday.

NYC is a place where connections are easy and really fast.

Remarkable places

New Lab

A brand new space, hosting a few startups focused on Smart Manufacturing.

This specialisation is narrow and yet wide enough to let the teams collaborate or just help out each others, lending 3D printers or CAD software license.

Not only the space is awesome, these are also elite teams hosted inside (see 3D Matter, Waverly Labs, Honeybee Robotics, StrongArm Technologies or Light)

NYU Future Labs

Focused on Urban, AI, Data and Digital, these labs act like powerful animators of the tech community in NYC.

Hyperactives, they organize conferences and meetups with top-level panelists on a regular basis.

The team members are not only supporting the labs activity, each of them are also involve in others startup-related events and would offer you very valuable connections.
